Centennial Park Mohave County Wastewater Improvement District

The District calculates your sewer rate for the years based on your usage of water in the winter. Sewer Recalculations are normally applied in the month of March. Other things that may affect your sewer rates are the number of houses on the property and the size of the houses.

The District will be conducting audits of the wastewater system to identify and address stormwater infiltration and inflow — an issue that places significant strain on the system and can lead to costly repairs and service disruptions for the entire community. We strongly encourage all users to proactively inspect their properties before any audit takes place. Please ensure that rain gutters, downspouts, open drain pipes, and any other stormwater sources are not connected to or draining into the sewer system. If you are unsure whether your property may have an improper connection, we encourage you to contact the District for guidance.
